Do you offer a money-back-guarantee?
We have a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not happy within your first month of the service, just let us know and we will issue you a refund. However, the people who have had the most success are the ones who have been with us the longest.
How does Appolium work?
After signing up, you’ll receive a questionnaire asking about your niche, goals, target audience and preferences. The more detail you provide, the better we can target people who may be interested in your brand. You can list Instagram accounts, hashtags or locations with users you want to attract. Think, “Where is my dream client hiding?”
Using the information you provided, we find accounts that match your target audience and interact with them. We follow, like pictures and view stories — we don’t leave comments. We’ll unfollow those who didn’t follow back after a few days.
By only engaging with users who have shown interest in accounts similar to yours, there is a likelihood that they’ll be interested in your brand and will follow back. These users choose to follow you; therefore, they are more likely to engage with you.
You’ll receive a weekly growth report so you can track your account.
You can reach out to your customer success manager at any time for insights, questions and concerns.
How many followers should I expect to get?
90% of our clients gain between 200 to 1200 followers each month. However, your results are impacted by the quality and consistency of your content, and your niche. We get your page noticed, it is up to the users to choose to follow you. If you’re consistently sharing high-quality content relevant to your target audience, you’ll see more followers.
Since we only engage with real people, we cannot guarantee a specific number of followers. In fact, no one can. If someone promises you a certain number of followers… RUN!
How can I track the results
We get it, you want to know what you’re getting for your money. You can see your following grow directly through your Instagram app. However, your customer success manager will keep you updated on your growth and results with weekly reports.
Your weekly reports tell you everything about your new following. You can learn how many new followers you’ve gained in the past week or month, their location, age, and sex. Additionally, your report shares valuable insights such as the top-performing posts and the best time to post for maximum engagement.
Are my new followers real and active?
YES! We only target real and active accounts; we don’t sell you fake followers. We’ve spent years developing highly specialized techniques to help you see real, targeted growth with authentic, active followers. So yes, your followers are real people.
With Appolium, real people are involved at all stages, from the team working on your account(s), to the followers you get. We don’t use any automation or software to grow your account. We do it all by hand from a smartphone.
Appolium does NOT use any bots for growth activities. If you want to buy followers, likes, or comments, we’re NOT the right fit. We are an Instagram marketing service that manually helps you grow your account.
Is your service safe to use?
Absolutely. Our priority is to protect your brand and account. Appolium operates within Instagram’s guidelines and will never harm your account. We manage your growth 100% by hand from a smartphone — no bots or gimmicks that can risk your account getting shadowbanned or disabled. What we do with your account is no different than how a regular user would use Instagram.
Will you be commenting or following thousands at a time?
No, we never leave comments. Our goal is to be as authentic as possible, which means no spammy or cringey comments. We stick to liking and following accounts. These interactions act as a gentle tap on the shoulder “Hey, we’re here. Check us out!”
You can always ask your customer success manager to reduce the number of people you follow; we’ll begin unfollowing immediately. We will never unfollow anyone that you have personally followed without your permission.
Do I have access to a dashboard
Appolium is hands-free (you can sit down and relax) and is fully managed by your customer success manager. They monitor your campaign and continuously optimize your targets to maximize your growth. Therefore, we do not currently provide access to a dashboard.

What do I need to do to get started?

We would need your Instagram handle, list of target accounts & hashtags. Target accounts are other Instagram accounts that have followers that you would like to attract back to your page.
More often than not, these end up being competitors, complementary brands, influencers in your space, etc. Remember, we are not liking the accounts you give us, but THEIR followers.
Can I use your service while using another growth service?
In order for us to work at our optimal potential, we recommend not using any other growth services simultaneously. If you have any questions about using other services in conjunction with Appolium, just ask your Customer Success Manager
Is your service safe to use?
Absolutely. Our service is 100% within the guidelines of Instagram and will never harm your account. We’re one of the few services that can say that, because we are doing all our actions manually, by hand, from a smartphone – without the use of any bots or software to automate it. Besides that, we work well within the limits of Instagram and we do everything possible to ensure that your account is both safe and secure while using our service.
The service is powered by real people – no bots, no gimmicks. Therefore, our activity is no different than how you would use Instagram normally and is 100% compliant with Instagram’s policies.
I am social media manager with a lot of accounts. Do you have a plan for me?

How can I cancel my subscription?
We have no contracts, so you can cancel anytime. If you want to cancel your subscription, simply send an email to your customer success manager stating that you want to stop the subscription.
However, the clients who have seen the most success have been the ones who have stayed on with us the longest.
As a reminder, your service will continue until the end of your billing cycle. For example, if your billing cycle ends on the 31st, but you sent a cancellation request on the 15th, even though your subscription will be terminated on the 15th, you will continue to see growth until the 30th. If you’d like to stop the service immediately, please ask your customer success manager to do so.
If you are billed after you sent your cancellation request email, it’s possible that support has not yet processed your cancellation request. Therefore, we will process a refund on any additional billing after you sent your cancellation request.
